Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to The Mark Rozgar Program, including agent signup, referral codes, product orders, commissions, payouts, and team-related activities.

1. Signup and Approval

Submitting a signup request does not automatically create an active agent account. The admin reviews each request and may approve, reject, or request additional information. An agent/referral code is generated only after approval.

2. Product Purchase

Product purchase is not required for signup. Customers and agents can purchase products from the Shop page. Orders are processed according to the payment and delivery rules set by the admin.

3. Commission Rules

Commission is calculated on delivered orders according to the commission structure configured in the system. Direct commission, upline commission, held commission, and company commission are subject to admin review and business rules.

4. No Guaranteed Income

The Mark Rozgar Program does not guarantee income, salary, or fixed earnings. Earnings depend on genuine product sales, delivered orders, customer payments, and compliance with program rules.

5. Payments and Payouts

Payout requests are reviewed by the admin. The admin may approve, reject, or hold a payout based on order status, commission status, verification, and system records.

6. Misuse and Fraud

Fake orders, fake payment proofs, misleading claims, duplicate accounts, or misuse of referral codes may result in account suspension, commission hold, or termination from the program.

7. Product Claims

Agents must promote products responsibly. Do not make false medical, guaranteed-result, or misleading claims. Product information should be shared according to official product descriptions and guidelines.

8. Updates

The Mark may update these terms, commission rules, payout rules, and operating procedures from time to time. Continued use of the portal means acceptance of the updated terms.
